Coordinate customer projects, quotations and operations in an internationally recognized accredited dosimetry laboratory.

Do you enjoy working with customers, coordinating projects and keeping operations running smoothly? We are looking for an Operations and Customer Relations Coordinator to join the Dosimetry Section at DTU Health Tech, located on the beautiful peninsula at Risø Campus north of Roskilde.

You will play a central role in our daily operations and act as a key link between customers, researchers, engineers and laboratory staff. You will be responsible for coordinating customer projects, handling enquiries, preparing quotations, managing logistics and supporting communication activities. The position combines customer contact, project coordination, administration and operational planning.

Our ISO 17025 accredited dosimetry laboratories are internationally recognized for high-accuracy dosimetry in electron, x-ray and gamma radiation applications. Risø High Dose Reference Laboratory (HDRL) provides calibration, measurement and consultancy services to industry, including the medical device sterilization sector. The Laboratory for Fundamental Medical Dosimetry (LFMD) supports radiotherapy-related dosimetry at Danish hospitals. Together, the laboratories serve customers in industry and healthcare and maintain the Danish national standards for industrial dosimetry.

The job
You will coordinate the operational side of the section and help ensure that customer projects, measurements and deliveries are completed on time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries and maintaining customer relationships
  • Preparing quotations and following up on customer requests
  • Coordinating ongoing customer and research projects
  • Tracking deadlines, deliveries and project status
  • Managing shipment of dosimeters and other materials to customers and irradiation facilities
  • Ordering laboratory supplies, equipment and external services
  • Maintaining customer records and project documentation
  • Supporting invoicing and administrative follow-up
  • Maintaining and updating the section webpage
  • Preparing content for LinkedIn and other communication channels
  • Supporting the planning and administration of customer courses, meetings and events
  • Helping develop and improve operational procedures and workflows
  • Supporting the implementation of digital tools, customer relations management (CRM) systems and knowledge management processes

The role combines customer contact, project coordination, logistics, communication and administration. No two days are the same.[NL1] [CA2]

Our expectations of you
We are looking for a structured person with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people, finish tasks and keeping many activities moving simultaneously.

We expect that you:
  • Have experience with project coordination, operations management, customer support or technical administration
  • Have excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken
  • Have Danish language skills or a willingness to acquire them
  • Are comfortable interacting with customers, suppliers and collaborators
  • Have experience with administrative IT systems and digital workflows
  • Work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Have a service-oriented mindset
  • Can manage multiple activities while maintaining attention to detail

Experience from sterilization industry, healthcare, engineering, laboratory services, manufacturing or other technical environments will be considered an advantage but is not a requirement.

Salary and appointment terms
Salary and appointment terms are in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat). The position is a full-time position at DTU Health Tech.

Starting date is 1. November 2026 (or according to mutual agreement).
