Do you want to join us as student assistant at DTU Link at Risø campus running our incubation hub?

DTU Link is DTU’s innovation hub at Risø Campus and part of DTU Skylab. The facilities include, among other things, an open office environment where companies can rent space, get access to a professional workshop environment and to the unique research facilities at DTU Risø Campus within areas such as Power-to-X (PtX), wind energy, solar cells, lighting, and smart grid.

At DTU Link, we focus on creating a community for the startups in the hub and potential new residents. We also facilitate and lead innovation projects where companies, DTU researchers, and students collaborate.

We are looking for a student assistant to support this facility, and you will assist us in working with research-based startups and attend to the following tasks:

  • Responsible for back-office support on processes and documentation regarding programs.
  • Plan, prepare, and support DTU Link workshops & events (including some practical tasks)
  • Support regarding data collection and analysis.

We are looking for a student who is a self-starter, structured, service-minded and knows how to communicate with a professional audience. But above all, we’re looking for a team player with flexibility and an open-minded attitude to take care of a broad range of work tasks.

You are proficient in MS Office (especially excel), and some proficiency in Danish is a requirement.
