Do you want to join us as student assistant at DTU Link at Risø campus running our incubation hub?
DTU Link is DTU’s innovation hub at Risø Campus and part of DTU Skylab. Here, we have created a vibrant incubator where high-tech companies can get close to the unique research environments at Risø Campus. The facilities include, among other things, an open office environment where companies can rent space, get access to a professional workshop environment and to the unique research facilities at DTU Risø Campus within areas such as Power-to-X (PtX), wind energy, solar cells, lighting, and smart grid.
At DTU Link, we focus on creating a community for the startups in the hub and potential new residents. We play a significant role in maintaining close dialogue with the research environments at Risø and DTU in Lyngby and engaging in the regional and local innovation ecosystem. We also facilitate and lead innovation projects where companies, DTU researchers, and students collaborate.
We are looking for a student assistant to support this facility, and you will assist us in working with research-based startups and attend to the following tasks:
- Responsible for back-office of activities in the Link incubation environment (administration of social activities, set up meetings, ad hoc support in onboarding new companies, registrations in our database, etc.)
- Responsible for back-office support on processes and documentation regarding programs.
- Plan, prepare, and support DTU Link workshops & events (including some practical tasks)
- Support regarding data collection and analysis.
We are looking for a student who is a self-starter, structured, service-minded and knows how to communicate with a professional audience. But above all, we’re looking for a team player with flexibility and an open-minded attitude to take care of a broad range of work tasks.
You are proficient in MS Office (especially excel), and some proficiency in Danish is a requirement.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 October 2024(or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
The workplace is DTU Risø Campus, Frederiksborgvej 399, 4000 Roskilde, Denmark.
