At DTU Wind, we are looking for a student assistant to help us with practical tasks related to video production and online course development in DigiWind project , funded by Digital Europe Programme. You will support our team in preparing, recording, editing, and publishing educational content while gaining hands-on experience in a professional academic environment. The role is well-suited to a student with an interest in video, media production, and digital learning tools.
The job
Your main focus will be contributing to the production of high-quality videos for online teaching, including lectures, interviews, equipment demonstrations, software tutorials, etc. for DigiWind Lifelong Learning modules, Coursera, and the online Master of Wind Energy
. You'll also participate in the podcast production and help create video and audio content for marketing and communication purposes. In addition, you'll assist with content management on our learning platform, DTU Learn (Brightspace) and video publishing platform, Panopto. We are currently building a new video and podcast studio, and we need you to support us with filling it with activities that turn into creative, high-quality learning content.
Our expectations of you
We are looking for a student assistant who:
- is currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s programme, preferably within film, media, communication or a related field
- has an interest in video production and/or digital learning
- has some experience with video editing or recording, for example from studies, student jobs or personal projects
- is structured, curious and willing to learn
- enjoys working with different types of people and supporting colleagues in practical tasks
- has good English skills, as English is our daily working language
- can work independently on clearly defined tasks with guidance from the team.
Experience with video animation design and development is an advantage.
Some of the tasks involved are trivial, e.g. setting up text, images, assignments and uploading resources to DTU Learn. We aim at developing content templates for this and your help and input for a systematic approach to this would be appreciated.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the multi-union collective agreement for the Organisations of Public Employees—Denmark (State) (OAO-S) and the trade union agreement for clerical staff etc. (HK/State).
Working hours are on average 15 hours per week and can be organized flexibly in relation to holidays, exams, etc. Starting date is 1 August 2026 (or according to mutual agreement). The employment runs as long as you are an active student.
The main workplace is DTU Risø Campus. Some work is also being carried out at the Lyngby Campus.
