The MSc programme in Business Administration and Leadership at Roskilde University is seeking Student Instructors commencing on the August 15, 2024.
The Student Instructors will assume responsibility for overseeing and academically qualifying discussions at the Study Café that supports the Leadership course and activities associated with Project Work. Additionally, they will collaborate with a supervisor to support project formation. This position is situated within the Institute for Social Sciences and Business and entails approximately 60 hours per semester.
Expectations for the Student Instructor include:
- Familiarity with the curriculum of the Leadership course within the Business Administration and Leadership program.
- Ability to facilitate and engage in student-driven discussions on the curriculum.
- Proficiency in crafting problem-oriented projects.
- Experience in facilitating interactive processes.

Terms of employment
The employment is 60 hours per semester, and you will refer to Head of Secretariat Signe V. Riis.The position will be filled according to the Agreement between the Danish Ministry of Finance and SUL. It is a prerequisite that you are actively enrolled at a higher education institution preferably BAL or VL.
