After Sales Service Specialist
1. Optimize maintenance workflows and standard operating procedures, provide technical support, participate in troubleshooting and complex fault analysis.
2. Monitor maintenance quality, organize quality reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collect and analyze customer feedback and needs, develop service solutions and maintenance plans, support customer communication and satisfaction improvement.
4. Implement after-sales service policies, coordinate resources such as spare parts, and tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams (such as customer service, technical departments).
5. Organize technical training, build and maintain knowledge bases (such as, case studies, repair manuals), promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
6. Complete special projects assigned by supervisors (such as, project coordination).
Ensuring Service Satisfaction
Implement and maintain high service quality standards, consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Conduct post-service follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and address concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and recommended necessary enhancements.
Ensuring Vehicle Operation
Conduct thorough pre-operation inspections to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of vehicles
Monitor vehicle performance during operation, promptly identifying and addressing any mechanical issues.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule regular maintenance and repairs for optimal vehicle performance.
Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including drivers, maintenance personnel, and management, to ensure a cohesive operational environment.
Contribute insights and feedback in team meetings to address challenges and implement solutions.
